Single Family Rehabilitation Design-Build project that Citadel undertook from A to Z including identifying potential property, creating feasibility studies, securing financing, completing sales contract, rehabilitation and renovations, and finally marketing and sales. The project consisted of a 3 level townhouse with in the highly sought after Columbia Heights area of DC.
