Multi-Family Rehabilitation project that Citadel undertook from A to Z including identifying potential property, creating feasibility studies, rehabilitation and renovations, and finally assisting with marketing and sales. The project consisted of a 4 unit one Bedroom- One Bathroom units. We added a big addition in the rear to create 4 -2 bedroom/ 2 baths and added a 3rd floor to create a 5th Penthouse unit.
